Sr. Technical Support Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide engineering expertise to technical teams spanning multiple disciplines and geographies
• Engage with internal stakeholders in product planning, development, and validation activities
• Deploy and maintain NPI server products while overseeing the efforts of other engineers and contractors
• Track and report status vs. objectives throughout the lifecycle of the program

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, both written and oral
• High attention to detail and good follow through in a fast pace environment
• Experience in areas of data center system deployment, software development, and validation
• Familiarity with testing tools, methodologies, and defect tracking
• Ability to function independently with little direct supervision
• Physical Requirements - Candidate needs to be able to lift 50lbs and be flexible enough to get under a raised floor as needed

EDUCATION:

• 3+ years' experience in high tech industry
• Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Skilled in MS Office tool suites, Confluence, MS Sharepoint
