Job Overview
The University of Cincinnati Blue Ash College seeks applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor of American Sign Language for the 2026 -2027 academic year. This is a one-year, in-person, non-tenure-eligible position with the potential for a second-year renewal, contingent upon budget and satisfactory performance. The start date is August 15, 2026. The Visiting Assistant Professor of ASL will be expected to teach four 3-credit sections of ASL courses each semester. The retention and promotion criteria for Visiting faculty emphasize teaching excellence, leadership in instructional innovation, and service. Research productivity is not expected or evaluated but is permitted. Essential Functions
