Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Shift: 4 pm - 2:30 am

Your Ticket In

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience using hand and power tools for assembly
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to stand and walk frequently throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and handle light materials regularly
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks including reaching, bending, and handling materials

Step Into the Line and...

• Assemble and disassemble products on a production line following work instructions and engineering drawings
• Test, inspect, and package finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain production standards, including accurate counts and output expectations
• Follow all ISO procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or process deviations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Collaborate with assemblers and cross-functional teams to support production goals
• Assist and cross-train in multiple work cells as needed
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance production efficiency
