Leidos is looking for a Tech Lead on a 200+ FTE technical development program responsible for delivering modern Identity Access Credential Management (ICAM) solutions. As a Tech Lead on this program, you will have the opportunity to direct and guide a team in building a new, critical application that will enhance the current digital identity management landscape for the Sponsor while also engaging with other Tech Leads across the program to influence innovation and efficiencies program-wide.

The Tech Lead will work with a team of engineers, developers, cybersecurity engineers, system architects, and testers.

Core business hours are typically from 9 AM - 3 PM, five days a week. Hours can be flexible for either early arrivals, and/or late departures. Some after-hours or weekend work may be required to accommodate system deployments and upgrades.

While not required, it is highly desirable for the Candidate to haveknowledge of the various information systems that manage identity data for both people and systems. Systems of interest include those that manage identity data to include HR, personal security, system accreditation, and more. Candidates who do not have this knowledge at this time, but have the ability to learn them,will be considered.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to the team's System Engineers and Developers
• Provide status updates to contract PMO and government staff lead
• Assist in completing monthly Program Management Review (PMR) charts
• Represent the team at staff meetings, requirements meetings, tech lead meetings, and TEMs
• Represent the team at community wide working groups and coordinate the sponsor's response to action items
• Shepherd new requirements thru the sponsor's requirements process / pipeline
• Ensure designs are compatible with the architecture and security requirements
• Work with the team's security engineer to address/mitigate security findings stemming from system security scans
• Prepare communications for upcoming releases
• Work with the government staff lead and project team lead to prioritize work
• Research new technologies / products that will help increase the overall Authentication security posture for sponsor systems

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Master's degree and 15+ years of experience. Additional experience in lieu of degree.
• Significant experience with System Architecture and Engineering
• Familiarity with the sponsor's enterprise systems
• Significant experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Microsoft, Google, and/or Oracle)
• Strong, hands-on experience with Linux (CLI)
• Experience with scripting and programming languages like BASH and Python
• Experience in working on teams utilizing Agile workflows and processes
• Experience with Jira
• Ability to take a large scale problem set and breakdown the work into incremental deliveries that can deliver in a timely manner
• Strong technical problem solving abilities
