Job Description




As a Security Officer Dispatch Coordinator in Goodyear, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch Officer in a dynamic technology location, where you will monitor activity, coordinate responses to security-related concerns, manage access communications, and support teams with professionalism and care. Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

    Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Monitor communication systems, alarms, cameras, and/or incoming calls from the dispatch center to help support timely awareness of incidents and unusual activity across the location.
  • Receive, document, and relay routine and emergency information to on-site personnel, first responders, and/or management in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Coordinate dispatch activity by tracking officer assignments, incident updates, and service requests while maintaining accurate logs, reports, and other required records.
  • Conduct regular and random patrol support functions through remote monitoring of the business and perimeter, recognizing that working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
