Located just steps from the PGA of America headquarters, Omni PGA Frisco Resort is a dynamic destination for golf lovers of all ages and skill levels. Home to two 18-hole championship courses-Fields Ranch East, designed by Gil Hanse, and Fields Ranch West, designed by Beau Welling-the resort offers a variety of ways to play, including The Swing, a lighted 10-hole, par-3 short course, and The Dance Floor, a 2-acre putting course and entertainment space.


Adding to its prestige, Fields Ranch East has been selected to host some of the sport's most celebrated tournaments, including the KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship in 2023 and 2030, the KPMG Women's PGA Championship in 2025 and 2032, and the PGA Championship in 2027 and 2034-cementing Omni PGA Frisco Resort * Spa's place among the top golf destinations in the country.

Co-Designed by Beau Welling and Gil Hanse, The Swing features 10 holes, all of which are Par 3's, with distances ranging from 50 yards to 110 yards. The Swing is open to resort guests, Club 1916 members, and public golfers. The Swing promotes a welcoming atmosphere for golfers of all skill levels to enjoy. Since the hours of operation extend from 9am-Midnight on the weekends, golfers can play under the lights for a unique and fun experience!


This team member will primarily work in The Swing Starter Booth to assist guests with tee time reservations on our Par 3 course. This team member will promptly and appropriately interact and respond to our swing guest's needs. They are responsible for providing the highest level of service and for maintaining the booth at all times.


Responsibilities:



  • Provide enthusiastic greeting to guests (by name whenever possible)
  • Always conduct themselves in an appropriate manner in accordance with the Omni Hotels and Resorts policies and guidelines.
  • Working knowledge of operation (46 holes, practice facility, etc.)
  • Render professional advice, assistance, and services as required.
  • Perform duties and meet requirements for sales, rentals, and services which the Director of Golf, Head Golf Professional, and Assistant Professionals deems necessary.
  • Manage tee time reservation process and point of sale systems.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy presentation of the swing booth including maintenance of all equipment.
  • Assist Swing Manager with quarterly inventory counts.
  • Maintain and balance daily cash register.
  • Assess and effectively respond to guest needs and feedback.


Qualifications:



  • Basic knowledge of the game of golf - golf experience is a plus
  • Must be able to work efficiently to perform computer and POS duties daily
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work successfully in a highly team-oriented atmosphere
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced and high-volume environment
  • Must be able to work a rotating schedule including weekends, holidays, AM/PM shifts through midnight conforming to operational needs
  • Flexible schedule assists with position needs
