Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Overview of the Role:

MuleSoft, the industry-leading integration, API, and agent management platform, empowers enterprises globally to unlock data and accelerate innovation. The Marketing Cloud (MC) Adoption Product Manager is part of the MuleSoft team and serves as the technical authority responsible for validating the architectural integrity of our most successful customer implementations. With Agentforce woven into every layer of our platform, you will work directly with customers to scope, implement, and manage our next-generation Marketing Cloud platform - ensuring reference materials are technically sound, repeatable, and strategically aligned with our platform standards.

This role is based in our SF, WA, NY, Indy locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead hands-on technical discovery sessions with customer engineering and architecture teams to map and document current and future-state Marketing Cloud implementations, then translate those findings into referenceable assets such as solution blueprints, data flow diagrams, and governance frameworks.

  • Serve as the final technical gatekeeper for all success stories, validating customer metrics, feature utilization, integration approaches, and adherence to security and scalability best practices.

  • Synthesize successful reference architectures into repeatable frameworks and technical guides for internal Solution Engineering, Services, and Product teams to improve the efficiency of future deployments.

  • Present validated technical architectures and best practices to internal audiences, partners, and customer groups, while maintaining expert-level knowledge of Marketing Cloud capabilities and their integration points across the broader technology ecosystem.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or principal-level solution engineering within the enterprise software or software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry, including 3+ years specifically focused on designing or implementing Marketing Cloud (MC) portfolio products such as Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE), Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE), Personalization, Marketing Intelligence, and Data 360 (D360).

  • Proven ability to create clear, authoritative technical documentation and architectural diagrams for both internal technical teams and external customer executives.

  • Expert-level knowledge of data architecture, integration patterns (API, event-driven), and security best practices within a multi-cloud or hybrid environment.

  • Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated experience managing high-stakes, customer-facing technical engagements and driving alignment across complex stakeholder groups.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Architect-level certification in Marketing Cloud or an equivalent platform.

  • Experience with technical solutioning for both B2B and B2C use cases on a unified platform.

  • Proven ability to calculate and articulate the technical return on investment (ROI) of an architecture change, such as performance gains, cost savings, or scalability improvements.

  • Experience in a product-adjacent role, providing feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on observed deployment patterns in the field.
