Auria is looking to hire a Test Engineer to support the Common Network Planning Subsystem (CNPS) contract. This role is onsite in Orlando, Florida.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:
- Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing manual and automated software unit and system-level tests in an integrated environment. Determine the verification approach for system requirements and isolate software and system-level defects.
- Responsible for conducting and participating in formal test events at customer sites with government witnesses to validate system capabilities
WHAT THE TEAM REQUIRES:

- Familiarization with software development and testing tools
- Experience working within an agile system development framework, conducting engineering tasks for a complex system
- Ability to isolate and resolve complex problems, identify workarounds, and implement and document corrective actions across multiple systems and components
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage numerous demonstration events at the same time
- Excellent verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Proficiency with M.S. Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
WHAT THE TEAM PREFERS:
- Knowledge base of Wideband SATCOM command and control (C2) systems
- Experience with SATCOM systems, products, and interfaces
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team using tools to assist system development, such as Jira and Confluence, is highly desirable
- Experience with test process development, test case design, test procedure development, test execution, system evaluation, and test reporting.
- Experience with requirements traceability, system-of-systems integration, test planning, test development, and test execution.
- Experience with automated test and data-driven development concepts, tools, and languages
PAY TRANSPARENCY: The salary offered will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications - skills, education & experience - and the position level. $80,000 - $100,000.
