Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Continuous Improvement Specialist for a 6-month assignment supporting our manufacturing operations within the aerospace and aviation industry. This role focuses on improving warehouse and material flow processes that directly support production. You will work closely with warehouse, production, and supply chain teams to identify inefficiencies, implement improvements, and help ensure the timely and accurate movement of critical components. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent or upcoming college graduate to gain hands-on experience in Lean methodologies, manufacturing operations, and aerospace-quality environments, while contributing to real, measurable improvements.
