Wastewater Project Manager

Position Overview

The Project Managerisa key role inourwastewater maintenance and repairprogram that serves as a key link between Apex and our client foreffectively delivering projects that meet our client'sobjectives. This is anidealopportunity forcandidates with at least1-3 years of experienceofincreasingproject managementresponsibility, and experience withwastewaterconstruction management or wet utility construction management.The selected candidatewill have the opportunity to use theircomprehension of construction processes, andproficiencyin managing budgetary finances and tracking, alongside communication skills at an advanced level.

Your Responsibilities as a Project Manager:

• Work collaboratively and proactively with the Program Team in support ourClient'sneeds.
• Perform scope of work reviews on approved construction projects.
• Review subcontractor proposals and align with logistical efficiencies.
• Review project financials underprogrammanager oversight.
• Track and document missing project costs.
• Responsible for addressing and managing wastewater-related requests from national commercial clients.
• Coordinating internal and external resources to meet client expectations and resolve wastewater issues.
• Interacting with a variety of on-line databases and reporting systems.
• Assistindeveloping changeorder requests for projects.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at a given time.
• Review and update work completion reports.
• Actively develop your own career growth.
• Some weekend workmayberequired.
• Some travel (5-10%) may berequired.

• A team member with a collaborative and proactive approach to Project Management
• Excellent safety record and understanding of safe work practices.
• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1 to3yearsexperienceinwastewaterconstruction or related fields.
• Proficiencywith MS Office suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills witha strongattention to detail.
• Valid driver's license,good drivinghistoryand reliable transportation arerequired.
• Experience withDeltekVision is highly desired.
• Sponsorship not available now or in the future.
