Based in Louisville, Kentucky, our Home Office team is looking for a full-time HRIS Analyst. This position will report directly to our Director of HRIS and will serve as a technical point-of contract for the Employee Services team and other department stakeholders. You will assist with enhancing the existing configuration, system implementation and integration, ensuring data integrity, testing and quality assurance of system changes, report writing and analyzing workflows between systems for process improvement opportunities.


POSITION OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day operational activities for the company's HRIS function including, but not limited to, end user support, troubleshooting, ad-hoc reporting/analytics, Interface development and management, data management, security profile establishment/maintenance, system configuration, and other system enhancements.
  • Troubleshooting, ad-hoc reporting/analytics, interface development and management, data management, security profile establishment/maintenance, system configuration, and other system enhancements.
  • Define and develop standard operating procedures for HR operational workflows and end-user activities related to HR technology infrastructure. Implement scalable solutions, creating opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes.
  • Assist in the design, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting of system enhancements and other automations projects.
  • Apply critical thinking and assessment skills to analyze problems and data, with capability to perform root cause analysis and propose solutions.
  • Provide system administration support of the HRIS platforms and employee data interface files, and own internal responses to vendor and employee inquiries related to HRIS platforms.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, including business process analysis, integrations with vendors, testing integration, and creating required documentation.
  • Provide support in the development of training documentation as it applies to current, new, and enhanced features for the HRIS platforms.
  • Prepare ad-hoc and regular management reports - write, customize, maintain, and support a variety of reports.
  • Ensures data integrity controls are established and executed on a routine basis, providing corrective action/assisting with implementation of solutions to improve the quality of the organization's data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT or HR related field, or 3+ years of SaaS system administration, preferably in an HRIS function.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources concepts, practices, guidelines, and interrelatedness of HR functions (recruitment, pre-employment processes, payroll, HRIS, eLearning, benefits, communications) preferred.
  • Experience working within an HRIS function or department preferred.
  • Previous experience with generating reports using SQL or a report-generating software
  • Interest and aptitude to work with technology, while understanding the downstream impact of configuration and business process changes
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability of being an analytical thinker who can provide root cause analysis.
  • Exemplary computer skills that include the knowledge of Microsoft Suite or products, primarily Excel and Access
