Role Overview:


The Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technical projects within the Quality Data & Analytics Solutions Program. This role ensures that solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards, working closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and engineering teams.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and remove roadblocks.
  • Track progress against milestones and report status to program leadership.
  • Facilitate PI Planning, Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Lead capacity and budget planning for assigned projects.
  • Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with architectural standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.



Success Metrics:



  • On-time and on-budget delivery of technical projects, QCTP (Quality, Cost, Time & Performance)
  • Effective risk management and issue resolution.
  • High team performance and stakeholder satisfaction.



Organizational Context & Collaboration:



  • All roles operate within a blended team structure, collaborating across program and functional teams.
  • Stakeholder engagement and alignment are shared responsibilities, with program teams owning final commitments and communication.
  • Agile methodologies, regular reviews (MBR), and continuous feedback are core to the ways of working

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:



  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline
  • 8 years of professional experience


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Familiarity with IoT (Internet of Things) data processing and analytics
  • Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, and customer experience
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise business language
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security best practices
  • Fluent in English
