Job Description

There are 2800+ dealers enrolled in ARO. The ARO Dealer Advisor - Activation & Guarantee Specialist provides frontline support to Stellantis dealers enrolled in the Automatic Replenishment Order (ARO) program while owning specialized responsibilities tied to dealer onboarding, DMS validation, and guaranteed inventory management. This role ensures new dealerships are successfully activated in the ARO environment, validates proper system connectivity, coordinates Initial Order of Parts (IOP) processing when applicable, and manages the reinstatement or manual addition of guarantees for eligible parts.



Key Responsibilities:


ARO Dealer Support



  • Provide daily support to dealers regarding ARO navigation, BSL approvals, order generation behavior, and OSF improvement opportunities.


  • Troubleshoot ARO system behaviors and assist dealers in understanding stocking logic and replenishment routines.


  • Support ongoing dealer engagement and performance improvement.



New Dealer Activation (Specialist Responsibility)



  • Coordinate and execute the activation of new dealers into the ARO application.


  • Validate DMS connections to ensure required Inventory, Sales, and 5300 data files are transmitting correctly.


  • Notify the broader team when new dealers require ARO system training for the upcoming week.


  • Serve as the main point of contact for onboarding steps and readiness checks.



Initial Order of Parts (IOP) Coordination



  • Support and coordinate IOP orders for new dealerships when applicable.


  • Ensure eligibility, timing, and system requirements are met for generating or correcting IOP orders.


  • Work with internal groups to resolve discrepancies or delays in IOP processing.



Guarantee Management (Specialist Responsibility)



  • Add or reinstate ARO guarantees on parts when system discrepancies occur, or goodwill adjustments are warranted.


  • Validate eligibility and ensure proper alignment with ARO policies.


  • Monitor trends in guaranteed part corrections and communicate root causes.



Cross Functional Collaboration



  • Partner with DSP teams, ICT, Product, Operations, and internal RIM groups to resolve onboarding or guarantee related issues.


  • Provide status updates to leadership and the dealer support team.


  • Participate in continuous improvement discussions for onboarding and guarantee processes.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of previous experience in Supply Chain or related area.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret inventory, demand, and order data.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office Suite applications.



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Prior experience with ARO, DSP integrations, or dealer onboarding processes.
  • Familiarity with 5300 data flows (Inventory & Sales files).
  • Understanding of IOP, guaranteed return logic, and ARO compliance.
  • Experience working with cross functional teams such as ICT, PDC Ops, or Business Centers.
