Requisition #: 1509 Job Title: CBP ENAESS III Location: 22001 Loudoun County Parkway, Ashburn, VA 20147 Clearance Level: CBP BI SUMMARY Supports network implementation and Tier 3 escalation activities including troubleshooting outages, implementing fixes, and supporting field deployments. Ensures reliable operation of enterprise network services. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Tier 3 escalation support: Cisco R&S; SD WAN edge; F5 LTM/GTM; Infoblox; Cisco/Palo Alto firewalls; NetScout/SolarWinds/PRTG; outage RCA; change implementation (CR/ECR/EBF);Field deployment fixes; repository updates. QUALIFICATIONS Education, Background, and Years of Experience * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field. 3-Years experience can be substituted in lieu ofBachelor'sdegree. * 5+ years of progressive experience in network engineering, design, and architecture. ADDITIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Required Skills * Demonstrated experience developing network standards, conceptual/logical designs, business cases, ROI analyses, and requirements documentation. * Proventrack recordconducting market research, trade studies, proofs-of-concept, and technology evaluations/insertions in complex environments. * Experience maintaining EOL tracking, refresh planning, and BOM development. * Hands-on involvement in stakeholder collaboration, requirements gathering, and presenting architectural recommendations for approval. * Deepexpertisein enterprise networking technologies (routing, switching, SD-WAN, wireless, security, cloud/hybrid connectivity, etc.). * Strong understanding of network security principles, interoperability resiliency, availability, and compliance frameworks. * Proficiencyin documentation tools and standards (e.g., SDDs,AoA, trade study reports). Preferred Skills CBP experience preferred. WORKING CONDITIONS Environmental Conditions Government site with possible off-hours work to support escalation and troubleshooting issues. Work requires standing and walking up to 50% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are not hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. Strength Demands Light - 20 lbs. Maximum lifting with frequent lift/carry up to 10 lbs. A job is light if less lifting is involved but significant walking/standing is done or if done mostly sitting but requires push/pull on arm or leg controls.
