This position is designated as a hybrid role based out of our headquarters near Portland, Oregon. The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week, subject to change based on business needs. This in-office requirement may be adjusted at the discretion of the company.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Within this role, you will partner with global and regional brand marketing teams to gather project and system requirements and support execution through effective use of marketing project management tools. You will maintain primary responsibility for
Workfront, supporting creative project management across the creative team, eCommerce team, and photo studio, while leveraging your marketing and technical expertise to ensure projects are clearly scoped, prioritized, and delivered on time. You will also support the use of
Airtable for planning, roadmapping, budget tracking, and visibility into marketing work before and after creative delivery, with opportunity to further develop skills in that platform. This role includes responsibility for supporting best practices related to user adoption, onboarding, and ongoing platform usage, and offers a clear developmental pathway into a senior marketing project management or marketing technology position.
