Your expertise will be pivotal in shaping data-informed decisions, driving impactful insights, and elevating the athlete experience.

As a Product Testing Lead, you will play a crucial role in amplifying the voice of the athlete, ensuring that apparel and accessories not only meet but exceed expectations. You will lead and guide critical stages of the testing process, from planning and execution to data analysis and reporting, directly contributing to the validation of performance benefits as products move from innovation to the marketplace. This role offers a unique chance to mentor teammates, develop cutting-edge testing techniques, and collaborate across various functions to ensure our products remain best-in-class.

**What You Will Do:**

* Lead and guide comprehensive product testing for apparel and accessories, ensuring performance and quality standards are met for global consumer athletes.

* Manage multiple stages of the testing process, including test planning, recruiting testers, executing tests, analyzing data, and capturing athlete insights.

* Generate detailed reports and deliver compelling presentations to various stakeholders across different apparel dimensions.

* Collaborate closely with product creation and development teams to validate product performance benefits from initial innovation to market launch.

* Gather and disseminate critical performance and durability feedback to inform internal stakeholders, contributing to the continuous improvement of product quality.

* Provide leadership and mentorship to fellow testing teammates, contributing to internal projects and the development of testing techniques and best practices.

* Partner with risk engineering and development teams to establish new standards, processes, and training content for wear testing.

* Offer technical input and support to design, development, materials, lab, and product management communities.

* Support external relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring collaborative and effective testing initiatives.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a science or apparel-related field.

* Minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience in consumer product testing.

* Alternatively, PhD + 3 years; Master's + 4 years; Associate's Degree + 6 years; or High School + 7 years of relevant experience may be accepted.

* Subject matter expertise in consumer product testing methodologies (e.g., clothing, equipment, accessories).

* Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative test design, data collection, and analysis.

* Experience with data management, structuring, and integration across enterprise systems.

* Demonstrated strong analytical capabilities and a strategic mindset.

* Proven influencing skills and exceptional communication abilities.

* Formal mentoring experience.

* Demonstrated initiative in identifying areas of opportunity and implementing solutions with teammates and leadership teams.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Knowledge of psychometrics, sensory-perception, behavioral sciences, or motor learning and control.

* Understanding of predictive modeling, AI, or machine learning applications for product testing insights.

* Familiarity with standard office software and various data analysis and management tools.

* Passion for, and knowledge of, team and individual sports.
