Job Title:Performance Measurement Analyst

Location:Remote

The Operations Performance Measurement Analystis responsible fordeveloping & supporting management reporting, budgeting,forecastingand analysis for the Operations organization to measure the health of the businessrelativeto goals, targets, and budgets. Specific duties will include daily reporting, compilation of the annual budget, monthly & quarterly forecasts, monthly reporting packages, variance analysis, dashboard reporting, projects, and ad-hoc analysis toprovidekey business insights to support decisions for senior leadership. This position has high visibility across multiple departments within the company toconsolidatenumerousdata points, analyze and review inputs, andsubsequentlydeliver clear and concise leading data and analysis to empower leadership to make critical strategic decisions.

Working in Performance Measurement Group, the Performance Measurement Analyst willbe responsible forthe following primary duties:

Budgeting / Forecasting / Measurement

• Development of the annual budget as well as periodic forecasts related to key financials such as revenue, cost of goods sold, inventory, purchases, obsolescence, transportation, etc.

• Measurement of daily, monthly, and quarterly financial and operations process results

• Measurement and presentation of key performance indicatorsrelativeto goals, targets, budgets, and trends

• Creation of new metrics and scorecards through collecting, analyzing data andidentifyingtrends

• Ability to prioritize work based on impact to the business

• Ability to quantify results from both a quantitative & qualitative perspective

Ad-hoc Analysis

• Ongoing ad hoc analysis of data and information toidentifyareas of performance and financial risks / opportunities

• Presentation of findings sufficiently far enough in advance to provide senior level management visibility and lead time to exploit opportunities and/or mitigate risk

• Prepare and lead presentations for senior leadership as requested

• Data mining to support variance analysis and research

Projects

• Automation/improvement of measurement and reporting tools to improve efficiency

• Development of new measurement tools as needed toprovideenhanced business insights

Whatyou will need:

• Minimum of 2-3years of experience inaFinanceroleperformingData Analysis,Budgeting,Planning,ForecastingorDataAnalysis. A background in Supply Chain or Ops Finance is preferred

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting

• Highlyadvanced skills and experience in MS Office Suite, including demonstrated use of Excel in a professional environment (use of pivot tables, VLOOKUPfunction, and other Excel functions and modeling tools).

• Proficiencyin SQL GUI,PowerBI,PowerPoint, & Word

• Understanding of variance analysis and financial performance monitoring

• Ability to summarize clearly and concisely financial analysis results, and the ability to explain the meaning and implications in varying levels of detail depending on the audience

• Analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy

• Ability to think big picture, and intensity around consistently delivering high quality outputs

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to think outside of the box and desire to continuously improve

• Self-Motivated / driven to develop skillset; works best autonomously or withvery littleoversight

• Highly skilled at diving deep autonomously and reverse engineering challenging financial questions

• Presentation/facilitation skills

Preferred but not necessary:

• Experience with ERP systems and tools

• Blended experience in connecting Financial Outcomes to Operational Performance

• Resideor be able to work in Eastern/Central time zones.

Salary Range:$65,000 to $72,000.
