We are ViiV Healthcare. Here until HIV and AIDS are not. Position Summary You will manage and grow healthcare accounts across the Boston West territory. You will build and deliver territory plans, develop trusted relationships with healthcare teams, and work closely with cross-functional colleagues. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Build and execute territory and account plans that deliver measurable commercial and access goals. - Engage healthcare professionals, clinic staff, and administrators to understand needs and recommend practical solutions. - Use data and local market insight to prioritize accounts and identify growth opportunities. - Coordinate with colleagues across marketing, medical, reimbursement, and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience. - Provide timely service to customers, resolving access, operational, and administrative issues. - Track territory performance, report key metrics, and adapt plans to meet targets. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales or specialty account management experience in the United States. - Proven ability to build and execute territory or account plans with measurable results. - Valid US driver's license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory, including overnight travel as needed. - Comfortable working in a hybrid, field-based role with regular in-person customer visits and virtual collaboration. - Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to present clinical and commercial information clearly. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Experience in specialty medicines, infectious disease, or related therapeutic areas. - Track record in territory planning, forecasting, and use of analytics to drive decisions. - Experience with formulary access, contracting, or clinic procurement processes. - Experience supporting local launches or targeted commercial campaigns. - Bilingual in Spanish or other languages relevant to the local population. - Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Work Model This role is field-based and primarily on-site across the Boston West territory. Expect frequent in-market travel to meet customers and partners.
