At Alcon, we are driven by the meaningful work we do to help people see brilliantly, and our Marketing function plays a critical role in bringing impactful pharmaceutical solutions to customers and patients across the U.S. As part of this mission, the Senior Brand Manager, Glaucoma Pharma will assume holistic ownership of Alcon's glaucoma pharmaceutical portfolio, leading endtoend brand strategy, execution, and performance management. In this highly visible role, you will develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies, oversee KPI and reporting performance, and activate highleverage commercial programs designed to drive customer demand, market share gains, and segment penetration. You will work in close partnership with US Sales, US Training, US S&OP, Agency Partners, and Alcon's Pharma customers to deeply understand the competitive landscape and translate insights into compelling messaging and effective commercial offerings. This role is also responsible for developing annual marketing plans and equipping the US Sales Force with the tools, materials, and strategic direction required to achieve annual sales targets. This is an onsite position based at Alcon's Fort Worth, Texas Main Campus, where inperson collaboration is essential to meeting business goals and compliance requirements, and where you will be empowered to make a lasting impact for customers and patients alike.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Develop and execute annual Marketing Plans across the portfolio
  • SME for US Marketing Organization
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to segment and target customer base
  • Responsible for identifying trends and creating action plans to address market needs
  • Create promotional messaging including sales materials, professional campaign, conference presence and digital assets
  • Identify trends to lead direct to consumer strategy informing patient engagement insights
  • Work with Business Development team to develop KOL (Key Opinion Leader) plan and podium presence
  • Leverage internal and external data to strengthen portfolio value proposition
  • Collaborate with medical affairs team to ensure claim development for lifecycle management
  • Presentations to Marketing Pharma Leadership Team
  • Lead Quarterly Field Advisory Boards and be in tune with the voice of the field
  • Work closely with cross-functional CORE team to deliver brand essentials to the market
  • Develop business models to leverage comprehensive portfolio to drive business across larger Alcon
  • Manage A&P marketing budget while ensuring planned return on investment
  • Responsible for forecasting in partnership with S&OP to ensure appropriate supply levels
  • Work with Legal and Regulatory to ensure compliant messaging and promotion
  • Champion portfolio objectives and strategic alignment across organizational functions
  • Annual development and management of marketing programs and business plans to achieve revenue, profit, and market share goals

Key Performance Indicator(s) :

Financial and Business Results:

  • Deliver stated revenue goals across the Glaucoma Portfolio
  • Deliver full Financial Targets (which include market share and revenue as well as associated growth)
  • Execute and/or adjust all initiatives to maximize investment
  • Complete and execute novel market initiatives and launch planning

Operational Excellence:

  • Manage financials with balanced approach to top and bottom line
  • Brand Lead for S&OP forecasting, reporting, and communication
  • Leverage KPIs to improve efficiency of A&P spend

People, Capabilities, and Management:

  • Develop collaboration within larger Cataract team
  • Focus on personal development and development plan
  • Action and implementation of Alcon Values and Behaviors

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +15 yrs.; Assoc.+11 yrs.; M.S.+4 yrs.; PhD+3 yrs.)
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English

Preferredrequirements:

  • 10 years relevant experience
  • 3 years demonstrated leadership
