Atlas is a rapidly expanding company supporting the U.S. Military and other Government entities and we are seeking a passionate, flexible, and highly motivated team player to join our group of Technology professionals.

We are looking for a talented Senior Production & Integration Manager. This is a fulltime position working supporting PMW 160 Future Capabilities in San Diego, CA.

The Senior Production & Integration Manager will coordinate complex, multi-site production and break down barriers / blockers to get production moving and keep next generation Navy systems on schedule, aligned, and mission ready.

Pay Range: $125000.00 to $195000.00, depending on experience and credentials.

Travel: up to 40%

You Will:



  • Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of next generation Navy programs.
  • Oversee the production and integration of a next generation Navy Tactical Communication System across multiple sites.
  • Responsible for managing schedules, budgets, and cross site coordination to ensure all production activities are executed efficiently, on time, and within program constraints.
  • Help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project, Power BI, spend plans, contract deliverables, etc., and regular interactions with engineering SMEs, production teams, and program leadership.
  • Work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting.
  • Serve as the central communication hub for production status, risks, and performance metrics, providing regular reporting to government and senior level stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment between engineering, production teams, and program leadership while traveling as needed (CONUS and OCONUS) to maintain oversight and resolve issue.


You Have:



  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Possession of and the ability to maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) TS/SCI security clearance with no Foreign Exception Package (FEP).
  • Minimum of seven (7) years' experience of IT production coordination, project management, or related defense roles in support of the DoD or Government Agency, as well as the specific LCAT experience requirements the candidate is proposed under.
  • Knowledge of Navy tactical communication systems, C4ISR programs, or similar DoW environments.
  • Ability to manage production schedules, budgets, and multi-site coordination of complex technical programs, collaborating across diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Education:



  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; field in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physical Science desired.
  • A combination of additional relevant experience, education, and/or training may be substituted in lieu of a degree with customer approval.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Scaled Agile Framework certification
