In addition to its own commitment, the companys clean energy programs help to achieve state and city clean energy goals. The CCEP Section Manager, Business Systems & Information Design is responsible for the design and change management implementation of the business processes and supporting digital applications and systems that support all buildings clean energy customer programs. The section manager will also oversee the development and implementation of the departments information strategy, identifying and developing relevant use cases for tracking performance against business KPIs, optimizing operational processes, improving customer targeting and acquisition, monitoring and managing risk, and advising planning decisions. The Section Manager will represent Customer Clean Energy Programs, CCEP, in discussions and decisions on systems and data needs and priorities, serving as liaison between CCEP and Digital Products.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities
  • Oversee the design and change management implementation of the business processes and supporting digital applications and systems that support all buildings clean energy customer programs.
  • Lead the development and implementation of CCEPs Information Strategy by working with Strategic Planning & Program Optimization, Program Delivery teams, and Data & Analytics to leverage internal and external data for decision making and strategic action.
  • Outline the information processes necessary to inform and act to drive business success.
  • Explore and discover opportunities to leverage new and existing data to close process gaps, reduce operational bottlenecks, drive sales conversion, and monitor risks.
  • Serve as business liaison with Digital Products, representing CCEP in discussions and decisions on systems and data needs and priorities.
  • Serve as business information consultant for reporting, metrics, and other analytics needed by any group within CCEP.
  • Manage a team of project managers who lead cross-program process, product, and data projects through discovery, analysis, facilitating business requirements gathering, supporting testing and implementation, managing delivery timelines and overall project coordination and communication.
  • Ensure that business systems and information design solutions comply with regulatory and other requirements, meet and exceed user expectations, are efficient and cost-effective in delivery, and are well supported by reasonable measures for success.
  • Continuously seek to improve business digital systems and processes through review and assessment of value impact against key portfolio priorities and objectives; staying informed on industry trends and best practices, as well as enterprise projects that impact local processes and systems.
  • Provide project updates to Leadership and other company stakeholders.
  • Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.

Qualifications

Required Education/Experience
  • Master's Degree and six years of work experience. or
  • Bachelor's Degree and eight years of work experience.
Relevant Work Experience
  • 3-5 years Experience leading a team of direct reports; assessing development needs, coaching giving continuous feedback, or leading a business unit, is Required.
  • 3-5 years Leadership experience with program, product, or process development, is Required.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, address work challenges, and manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines, making necessary decisions timely and with appropriate rigor, is Required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Required.
  • Strong business writing and oral communication skills, including persuasive communication, ability to present an organized and clear business case and recommendations, is Required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manipulate, organize, and present data clearly to various audiences, is Required.
  • Experience with energy efficiency or demand management programs or similar government/ agency housing programs, low-income programs, non-profit program management, is Preferred.
  • Experience with energy efficiency and/ or demand management, energy, utility, buildings data, and knowledge of industry best practices and data standards, is Preferred.
  • Experience in a data and analytics role or a role where developing reports and dashboards was a consistent and primary task, is Preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in process improvement and change management, is Preferred.
  • Proven leadership and people skills with the ability to drive results by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, is Preferred.
  • Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills; with excellent critical thinking, is Preferred.
  • Experience running queries and using data tools and analytics platforms to transform large or complex data into usable insights and information, is preferred.
  • Experience with research, data interpretation, and data visualization and manipulation tools, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with BI platforms like Power BI, Oracle BI, tableau, or similar, is Preferred.
  • Ability to translate business needs into data requirements, is Preferred.

Additional Physical Demands
  • The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
