This highly visible role sits at the center of strategic priorities, operating cadence, and day-to-day decision-making, connecting leadership intent to action.

You will operate as a trusted thought partner, operator, and problem solver, enabling the President to focus on the highest-impact opportunities while ensuring the business runs effectively and efficiently. This role requires exceptional agility, sound judgment, and a willingness to seamlessly shift between strategic initiatives and hands-on execution in support of the broader Strategy platform.

What You'll Do

  • Executive Leverage & Prioritization: Serve as an extension of the President, triaging priorities, managing competing demands, and ensuring focus on the highest-impact activities. Partner closely with the Executive Assistant team to optimize calendar, communications, and follow-ups.

  • Strategic Thought Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor by pressure-testing ideas, identifying gaps, and proactively surfacing risks and opportunities to strengthen decision-making and business outcomes.

  • Initiative Ownership & PMO: Lead and support critical business initiatives from concept through execution, often with limited direction. Track progress, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure delivery against strategic priorities.

  • Revenue Operations & Business Development Support: Partner on client and growth efforts, including sales enablement, proposal development, and pipeline tracking. Maintain visibility into key metrics and surface insights to inform action.

  • Internal Communications: Draft and manage internal communications on behalf of the President, ensuring clarity, alignment, and consistency of messaging across the organization.

  • Culture & Leadership Enablement: Reinforce leadership alignment and team effectiveness by supporting talent reviews, engagement efforts, and feedback loops across the business.

What You'll Bring

  • Four to seven years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a similarly rigorous, fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments, taking ownership of loosely defined problems and driving them to resolution.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect strategic priorities to operational execution.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Outstanding communication skills, including experience drafting executive-level materials and communications.

  • High degree of discretion, judgment, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

  • Ability to influence without authority and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Analytical mindset with comfort working across data, dashboards, and business performance metrics.

  • Experience in and/or consulting for professional services businesses is a plus.

  • Self-starter mentality with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.

  • Agility and resilience, with the ability to seamlessly shift between strategic and tactical work.

How You'll Thrive

  • Operate at the center of the business, gaining unmatched visibility into strategy, leadership decision-making, and business performance.

  • Develop a broad and deep understanding of how a high-performing professional services organization operates and grows.

  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and partners across the firm.

  • Drive meaningful impact by enabling faster, better decision-making and execution across the Strategy business line.

  • Embrace variety - no two days are the same - and succeed in a role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
