Description

Responsibilities:



  • Enhances the guest experience by providing exceptional service.
  • Responds to inquiries regarding property - i.e. directions to player services, hours of operation of restaurant venues, entertainment options, memorabilia, etc.
  • Follows established emergency procedures and acts as a communications link in emergency situations
  • Relays "guest requests" to appropriate staff.
  • Adheres to department and property policies and procedures.
  • Maintains knowledge of property information & memorabilia.
  • Sets up the handicap section and ensure the upper balcony and box suite areas are set prior to the opening of the doors.
  • Scans tickets as guest enter and exit the theater and notify the Box Office Manager if an error occurs.
  • Communicates with the Production Manager and the Beverage Supervisor on the opening of the theater.
  • Relays problems with a hosted player to a Player Development Host.
  • Arranges the entrance of the theater with the proper trash receptacle and glassware storage.
  • Prohibits guests to enter with outside beverages.
  • Assists guests in locating proper seat and section in the venue.
  • Assists guests with Nightlife club entry needs.
  • Answers questions concerning Nightlife entertainment, dress code, and promotions.
  • Operates Venue Cover Charge Handler POS, Converge - Virtual Merchant, and other in
    house computer based systems used in the area.
  • Processes and distributes complimentary HOF/Double Platinum club entries.
  • Obtains club entries as requested, computes bills, gives proper change and/or obtains signatures as needed.
  • Handles cash, cash equivalents, and all paperwork in accordance with Company policies.
  • Removes, records, and turns in amount of cash in register at end of shift, with necessary paperwork.
  • Promotes outstanding guest relations.

  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all Hard Rockers and guests.

Qualifications
Education
High School (preferred)
Experience
Must be able to stand for long periods of time. (preferred)
Must possess basic computer skills. (preferred)
Must have basic mathematical skills. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure. (preferred)
Background in money handling skills. (preferred)
Basic reading and math skills. (preferred)
Must be available to work both Usher and Nightlife Cashier shifts. (preferred)
