In order to qualify for this bid, you will have to progress through three different exams.The first will be a technical test. The test will have 50 questions, with a time limit of two hours.A passing score of 85% must be met on this test. A second required step is the successful passing the practical assessment. The purpose of this course is to ascertain a person's ability to perform the work of this position. Upon successful completion of the practical assessment, you will then move into the core competency oral interview stage. We are giving you a study outline to prepare for the technical skills written test, practical assessment and the core competency interview. Behavioral Based Interview The interview is a behavioral based interview incorporating our Core Competencies. In this process we believe that past behavior is the best predictor of future behavior and more recent behavior is a better predictor of future behavior than older behavior, and that long-standing trends are better predictors of behavior than isolated incidents. We therefore have patterned the questions during the interview to solicit behavior patterns that indicate with high predictability whether the candidate can perform the job as required.
