Here's what we're looking for.

• 5+ years of project management/ team leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or related field required
• electronics, repair/ refurbish, or related industry experience
• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, and objectives
• Excellent communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resources
• Manage project activities, coordinate project team efforts, and track progress
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards are met
• Keep stakeholders informed about project status, challenges, and decisions
• Finalize project documentation, conduct post-project reviews, and celebrate success
• Track resource availability and usage - people, tools, and materials
• Build and maintain relationships with all parties involved in the project
• Inspire, motivate, guide, and support the project team to align and achieve common goals
