Our client, a global organization is looking for a detail-driven Demand Planner to play a critical role in daily production planning, scheduling, and execution within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. About the Role: Execute production control activities (order review, shortage analysis, cycle counting) Create and manage shop orders to align production with customer demand Maintain accuracy in ERP/MRP systems (lead times, routings, order status) Lead daily cross-functional production meetings to drive priorities and resolve constraints Balance demand, capacity, and machine availability for on-time delivery Proactively identify risks and develop recovery or alternate plans Support continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, and 5S initiatives What We're Looking For: 2+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or similar role Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (Oracle preferred), Kanban, and Lean principles Experience with capacity planning and machine shop scheduling Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze data and performance metrics Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and work instructions Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration Someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive who can balance multiple priorities, anticipate risks, and drive execution in a dynamic production environment.
