The Work You'll Do

• Prepare the machine and complete paperwork for each production run, and oversee that the work is completed properly and on time.
• Ensure efficient and safe machine operation to produce a high-quality product.
• Machine operation and constant monitoring of the machine for any mechanical issues and/or product variations.
• Completing the production run according to the daily schedule.
• Ensure the target weight of all cups/bags is within the given spec.
• Directly communicate with team members to ensure clear instructions and proficient productivity throughout the shift.
• Accurately completing post-run production logs.
• Following all company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and value systems.
• Other duties include: quality control, and any other work as assigned.
