Shift: 6 AM - 4:30 PM | Monday - Thursday

To Get The Job You Need:

• High school diploma or GED - trade training helps too
• Experience running machines or working on the floor
• Mechanical skills and quick fixes in your toolkit
• Quality-focused with an eye for detail
• Strong enough for lifting and long shifts
• Safety-conscious and solid with the team

How You'll Spend Your Shift

Operate a machine that cuts cloth, felt, leather, and/or other material to specified dimensions.

• Ability to read and understand cutting patterns
• Knowledge of spreading material.
• Sorting and Bundling cut material to ensure sewing operators receive all components necessary to meet customer demand.
• Communication skills concerning production issues and how to resolve.
• Cuts out patterns and/or trims material with an electric knife.
