Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Overnight Shift

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, maintenance concerns, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and other security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, assist with visitor directions, and help support a professional atmosphere within the location while following post orders and property rules.
• Complete routine reports, logs, and incident documentation, and communicate clearly with tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or first responders when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
