Job Description Allied Universal is hiring a Weapons Compliance Manager. The Weapons Compliance Manager will ideally be located in Florida and oversees firearms compliance, operations, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), and state regulatory compliance standards for their specified region(s). This will include Allied Universal's procedures, all aspects of firearm acquisition and disposition, sale, transfer, distribution and purchase of regulated firearms, safe handling of firearms, licensing, and registration. The Weapons Compliance Manager is a certified armorer and serves as a Responsible Person under the company's Federal Firearms License (FFL). The Weapons Compliance Manager will drive excellence in firearms regulatory compliance by ensuring strict adherence to Federal, State, and Local laws. Lead inspections, analyze ATF and state documentation, and oversee electronic systems to maintain licensed facility integrity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Compliance Oversight: Manage ATF and state form reviews (4473, 3310 series), license renewals, and inspection responses to ensure operational alignment with legal standards. QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
