Job Title:Wealth Management Client Support Specialist
Job Description:
Summary The primary responsibility of the role is to provide support to Trust Officers and Wealth Advisors to maximize the client relationship and assist with administrative duties, preparing documentation and various other related support duties. This individual will work directly fellow team members on a wide variety of client focused projects and be the primary point of contact for our clients regarding service requests. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Understand trust accounts in order to respond to various questions and be able to determine information to release or withhold from inquiries. Assist in communication of trust activity to clients, beneficiaries, and their outside advisors. Perform general duties related to the administration of trust documents. Duties include: payment of bills and payroll for trust beneficiaries, prepare stop payments and voids for checks, prepare wire transfer forms for money transfers, upon death of client take all necessary steps to finalize client bills and direct deposits, obtain date of death information, initiate changes on trust accounts and verify completion, prepare client information for imaging by assigning appropriate codes and know how to use the imaging system; preparing change of beneficiary forms, and update pledges. Account opening process for new and existing clients including but not limited to: completion of applications and supplementary account forms, review of supporting documentation, resolution of paperwork discrepancies, tracking/verifying new account statuses and communicating updates and ensure the correct clients and interested parties are set up on the account for statements. Coordinate account transfers and confirm cost basis information for incoming assets. Close accounts by assisting with distribution schedule, completing account closing checklist, ensuring all distributions are shut off, assist with in kind distributions, follow up to ensure all assets have been disturbed and all final trustee fees and tax prep charges have been taken. Provide information needed to transfer the assets and follow-up until the transfer is complete. Schedule and organize meetings, travel, and department activities for assigned team members. Research fees on accounts and work with Operations to make any changes to fee structure. Assist with trust owned real estate and miscellaneous assets. Assist in obtaining valuations and ensuring taxes and insurance coverage is up to date. Assist in coordinating necessary repairs to trust owned assets. Update real estate deeds and records as needed. Gather information for annual administrative reviews and assist in clearing exceptions. Provide trust tax information to outsourcing partner. Ensure estimated payments are made in a timely manner. Maintain client/household data across multiple systems and business tools. Act as an intermediary between clients, advisors, trust officers and custodians for issue resolution. Draft financial plans in eMoney and/or Money Guide Pro for complex clients with direct oversight from Advisor/Trust Officer. Performs other duties as required.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related field Two or more years of work experience within Wealth Management
Computer and Software Skills
Knowledge of Salesforce, eMoney, Tamarac, Fidelity Wealthscape, and/or Cetera platforms Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Applications
