Pay rate: $225 - $275,000 annually

Your Opportunity:

TechSource is hiring a full-time Program Engineer to support the W93 program as it moves into Phase 2. You'll provide technical, program, and project management support to the W93 Federal Program Manager. You'll work onsite at the NNSA office located in Albuquerque, NM.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Generate the Requirements Management Plan and coordinate/participate in Requirements management forums (e.g., RMT, RTT, RWG). Work to establish requirements tracking and tracing infrastructure across the enterprise.

* Develop process and plans for down-selects in Phase 2. Coordinate down-select actions with M&Os and track progress.

* Provide qualification requirements and testing advisement; develop a program qualification and testing database; coordinate NNSA policy in the Qualification Working Group; participate in MRS coordination and planning.

* Participate as a member of Technology Realization Teams and Product Realization Teams for components and sub-systems as assigned. Provide status of TRT/PRT activities, issues, accomplishments, and risks.

* Participate in the development of the W93 Digital Engineering policy (guidance and direction). Participate in NNSA HQ working groups statusing and defining the DE policy and implementation across the complex. Advise the FPO on DE initiatives and implementation for the W93 program.

* DOE Q clearance required.

* Master's degree in engineering or science.

* 10 or more years of technical experience in weapons/nuclear weapons and delivery platforms.

* Detailed experience interfacing with DOE/NNSA, national laboratories, nuclear production agencies, and DoD.

* Knowledge of the substantive nature of NNSA Nuclear Weapons programs and activities; missions, policies, and objectives; management principles and processes; and the analytical and evaluative methods and techniques for assessing program development or execution and improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency with emphasis of 6.X process and Defense Programs Business Process System.

* Program and project management experience.
