Position Overview

Dignitas Technologies is looking for a qualified Field Service Technician SME to support the LFS PLM.

Responsibilities

• Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and sustaining electromechanical or electronic systems within a DoD, training systems, or defense support environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, technical manuals, and maintenance documentation to diagnose and resolve complex system faults.
• Experience supporting depot-level maintenance, field service operations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation for mission-critical systems.
• Duties include coordination within a climate-controlled logistics facility supporting electronic components and spare parts inventory, as well as participation in meetings at Government and contractor sites. Positions may require travel to CONUS (and potentially OCONUS) military installations to support live-fire training ranges, conduct on-site troubleshooting, integration, and program reviews.
• Compliance with applicable security, cybersecurity, OPSEC, and safety requirements is mandatory.

Special Requirements/Security Clearance

• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance, as required by the contract; must comply with OPSEC, cybersecurity, and credentialing requirements.
• Ability to travel to CONUS (and potentially OCONUS) military installations and work in outdoor live-fire range environments and operational settings.

Physical Demands

• Work will be performed in a combination of contractor office spaces, warehouse/depot facilities, Government offices, and operational field environments.
• Ability to life and maneuver equipment, use diagnostic tools and test equipment, and perform hands-on technical tasks in warehouse, depot, and field conditions.
• Field support activities may involve outdoor environments and operational range conditions.
