Specifically, we are looking for aTS/SCI cleared Project Scheduler - Senior to support this mission in Tampa, Florida. Responsibilities: As a Project Scheduler - Senior, you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:
Manages, coordinates, and facilitates the overall start-up, transition, and program schedule in collaboration with both the Transition Manager and Program Manager.
- Monitors individual project schedules and integrates them into the overall master transition schedule.
- Develops, maintains, and updates the initial Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) based on project progress, scope, and status.
- Plans, designs, develops, and executes detailed schedules for both technical and non-technical projects.
- Works with project managers and technical experts to document outcomes, define and estimate project increments, and establish tasks and dependencies.
- Implements and maintains an effective scheduling management system to track progress and milestones.
- Coordinates project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders, including vendors and clients.
- Monitors project deadlines and identify potential delays, facilitating timely interventions with project managers.
- Produces regular schedule performance reports, forecasts, and risk assessments for stakeholders.
- Evaluates project performance and recommends corrective actions to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Accommodates schedule updates and scope changes, maintaining flexibility to adapt to project needs.
- Documents scheduling processes and maintains comprehensive records for audit and reference purposes.
- Leads scheduling efforts across multiple projects or major program segments.
- Interfaces with vendors and customers to validate timelines, dependencies, and commitments.
- Analyzes impacts of change orders and disruptions, recommending corrective actions.
- Supervises junior schedulers and ensures accuracy of deliverables.
- Utilize the following TO Management & Financial Tracking Tools: Task Order portal, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate), G Invoicing API, ASSIST portal integration, variance analysis dashboards; MS Project, GFP management modules, WBS tracking systems; ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, automated RIP/CTP/TAR workflows; SharePoint libraries, Confluence, Microsoft Search, lessons learned databases, video library repositories; eMass, Archer GRC, internal audit portals, Excel/SharePoint audit templates, CMDB with version control; Power BI with R/Python integration, Tableau, predictive analytics engines, trend analysis dashboards; Teams, Azure AD role based access, mobile access via Power Apps.
- Utilize the following Role Specific Tools: MS Project; Primavera P6; WBS scheduling trackers; resource leveling dashboards; subcontractor coordination trackers; change order impact analysis dashboards; SharePoint/Confluence for schedule documentation; Power BI for schedule performance reporting, Transition Performance Dashboard (TPD).
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Project Scheduler or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with a BS/BA, or 3 years' experience with an MS/MA or 1 years' experience with a PhD. or 9 years' experience w/o a degree or 7 years' experience with AA/AS
- A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level
- US citizenship is required
Desired Qualifications:
- Must complete DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.
Work Environment:
- Location:Tampa, FL
- On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presence required for equipment management and asset tracking
- Travel:May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites for logistics coordination and facility assessments

Target Salary Range
$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
