Position Overview: The Sourcing Manager is responsible for managing the supply chain, domestic oils, and tropical oils contract position for Bunge Palm and Specialty Oils. Essential Functions * To execute the purchase of palm and domestic oils from intracompany, intercompany, and 3rd party purchases. * Oversee supply chain of palm and domestic oils from intracompany, intercompany, and 3rd party purchases. This entails end to end supply chain starting with the position management, ending with physical shipment of volume. * Tracking and balancing contract positions. * Tracking Railcars and barges of material. * Resolving supply problems with vendors to minimize risk for Bunge positions. * Promote and integrate best practices to be shared throughout the company. * Understand and execute on Bunge Food and Safety Standards. * Must be able to solve problems quickly and effectively with emphasis on all aspects of the operation. * Must be able to communicate effectively with all departments. * Must execute a high level of leadership and team commitment. Qualifications/Experience Requirements * 5+ years' experience in purchasing, supply chain, commodity procurement, commodity position management, finance, or accounting. * Bachelor's level degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Transportation/Logistics, Operations, Finance, or Accounting. * Self-Starter with the ability to work independently. * High level of Integrated Business Planning / S&OP process management. * Strategic leadership skills. * Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office suite including Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint * Highly detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills. * Proactive communicator with ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and the cooperation and participation of others at all organizational levels. * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, including strategic projects that span across multiple business segments.
