As the Cultural Marketing Manager, the focus is on establishing a strong brand reputation. We achieve this through strategic investments in paid advertising, partnerships, and campaigns. You will also work with our client to manage all paid media investments across the sales funnel to improve our client's brand recognition and support launches and ongoing efforts for the entire product range, including phones and wearables. In this role, you'll be part of a team dedicated to building the client's brand. You'll collaborate with colleagues across various departments and external agencies to implement these strategies and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute marketing partnerships. Lead campaigns, music talent, and other brand partnerships. Develop strategies, oversee creative output, and ensure all elements (media, social, influencers, in-person events) work together for the best results.
Deliver impactful campaigns. Create immersive content and experiences that connect with fans and generate a positive return on investment (ROI) for the business.
Collaborate with creative teams. Work with internal and external partners to produce creative materials that align with our brand's voice and identity.
Strategize and implement media plans. Partner with our teams, agencies, and external partners to develop and execute effective media plans for partnership campaigns.
Drive innovation. Take the lead in developing new and creative marketing ideas, always considering how they will benefit the business.
Lead relationships with internal and external partners, guiding them from creative ideation to flawless execution and post-campaign analysis.
Prepare and present strategic plans, creative concepts, and campaign results to executive stakeholders to gain alignment and report on progress.
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
10 years of experience in marketing for a consumer product and/or creative agencies working with global clients
Organized campaign manager and strong collaborator and communicator with extreme attention to detail
Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign measurement, including brand lift studies, ROI analysis, and budget management.
Track record with a proven ability to influence partners and manage executive stakeholders to align around creative and programs
Familiarity with sports & entertainment marketing practices and a passion for culture, and trends in tech
Experience in consumer technology in multinational companies or creative agencies with a significant focus on cultural partnerships, and content strategy and implementation, or branded content activations
Experience with hands-on development of integrated creative campaigns, such as reviewing creative, directing internal and agency partners, and executing consumer marketing tactics
Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills with a structured thinking
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically
Can work in a deadline driven, rapidly changing industry, tolerate ambiguity, and demonstrate proactive problem-solving leadership
Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic environment, with the capability to maintain a sense of zen and positivity when directives are shifting, as well as share that calm with all around you
