Description
The Quality Outcomes Coordinator will assist the organization to achieve top tier quality outcomes by proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with improvement teams to assess systems and processes, develop and execute action plans, use data to drive change, and evaluate effectiveness of interventions. Facilitate teams, educate hospital staff, analyze and prepare data for dissemination throughout the organization, act as a catalyst for the development of state of the art, innovative solutions and be an expert to facilitate organizational change. Ensure all solutions adhere to best practice standards and comply with health care regulations. Will be an expert in and mentor staff on improvement science techniques.
Qualifications
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree Health related field (Required) Master's Degree . Minimum Work Experience 2 years Performance improvement experience in a hospital setting and three years clinical experience, preferably pediatrics (RN, RT, PT, OT, Medical Technologist, etc). (Required) Required Skills/Knowledge Proficient in MS Office Suite. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of and the ability to apply improvement science concepts to health care issues. Able to facilitate improvement teams and manage data. Excellent presentation skills.
