This is an opportunity to join an exciting team within the Sales & Marketing Finance organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for all commercial aspects of the Jeep and Dodge Brands while serving as the main finance business partner to brand and sales leadership. This individual is responsible for supporting brand objectives while maximizing profitability through executing net pricing actions, trim & option mix optimization, and other strategic initiatives. This role reports to the SVP, North America Sales & Marketing Finance and directly supports the North America CFO, with heavy interaction between the US, Canada, and Mexico Finance controllers. This is a fast-paced, complex role; the ideal candidate should be comfortable leading multiple initiatives under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Being an operating partner with brand management supporting all commercial initiatives as the finance representative
- Leading all financial analysis and supporting strategic initiatives to help achieve brand financial targets
- Leading all pricing initiatives
- Developing & presenting monthly KPI's and identifying areas of risk and opportunity to brand leadership, up to and including the Brand CEO
- Collaborating with the Brand in preparing and evaluating business cases consisting of product change proposals, trim & option mix shifts, volume changes, etc. Assisting in identifying or developing alternative strategies when proposal is not financially sound
- Coordinating with all NA Markets (US, Canada, Mexico) to gain insight on brand financial performance within the region
- Preparing brand CEO for committee meetings, including the monthly Business Review, where regional and/or brand financial performance will be discussed
- Providing brand financial data to key business partners, including North America FP&A as well as global brand and sales organizations
- Supporting Commercial Committee presentations and preparation through financial analysis
- Leading and developing a team of high-performing financial analysts and managers
- Serving as a liaison between Brand and Industrial Finance counterparts (Purchasing, MFG, SCM and Product Finance) responsible for standard costs and future program business cases

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business, or related degree
- 10 + years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Substantial exposure/experience in Platform Finance and/or Sales & Marketing Finance
- MBA or MS in Finance or Accounting
- Leadership experience in a commercial role within a large, multi-national organization
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and ESSBASE
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
- Ability to multi-task and adapt easily to change, including prioritization of assignments
- Results-oriented: possess the ability to plan, develop, implement and measure results
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
