KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, AI Platform Operations & Enablement to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and run end-to-end platform operations, including intake, onboarding, environment provisioning, access controls, cost management, and lifecycle management; coordinate across engineering, enterprise architecture, security, risk, legal, and compliance teams to ensure platform stability, usability, and regulatory alignment
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and operational readiness of AI tooling, services, integrations, and multiagent orchestration patterns; operationalize AI governance, risk, and compliance controls, including responsible AI, data residency, model monitoring, auditability, and controls evidence
  • Manage and triage in matrixed organization with onshore and offshore technical teams; lead and influence cross functional teams by setting common goals and objectives
  • Enable client zero experimentation and controlled client-facing pilots, advising teams as solutions transition from prototype to pilot or production adjacent environments
  • Identify, develop, document operational processes and procedures; assist with runbook implementations where there are gaps; develop operational support costing of cloud support definition including mapping of workflow deliverables as part of cloud services system support lifecycle mapping
  • Define as well as document new SOP support procedures in addition to working with various teams for support alignment plus adoption in both onshore and offshore support model
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum eight years of recent experiencein technology operations, platform enablement, cloud services, or largescale enterprise technology programs with practical experienceoperatingand supporting platforms acrossone or more major cloud providers(Azure, GCP, AWS), including reliability, cost, and access management; strong understanding ofenterprise systems of record(e.g., CRM, ITSM, ERP) and associated integration and orchestration patterns.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
  • Demonstrated experience supportingAI/ML or generative AI platforms,agent-basedsystems, and/orMLOps, DevOps, or platform reliability practices in an enterprise context, and experienceoperatinginregulated orrisk sensitiveenvironments, with exposure to governance, compliance, audit, and control frameworks; proven ability to operatecross functionallyin matrixed organizations, balancing innovation enablement with risk management, and communicating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in enterprise operations, with infrastructure support management (level one to three tier support); prior experience with crafting OLA and SLA's agreements are major plus as well as working in Public Clouds such as Azure, GCP, AWS
  • Ability to conceptualize and operationalize from an IT factory business model; requiring services mapping to define, operationalize end-to-end vision and understand how logical workflow design will translate into one or more service deliverable work streams
  • Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; able to prioritize, delegate, foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and team work; excellent trouble-shooting, organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans.
