Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations.

  • Core automotive technician skills, including safe vehicle lifting, drive unit or other major component removal and replacement, interior and exterior trim/panel removal and installation, basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and confident use of common hand and power tools (e.g., torque wrenches, impact tools, panel tools).
  • Hands-on experience with: o Vehicle testing or diagnostics in a shop, track, or lab environment o Basic measurement tools (e.g., microphones, accelerometers, gauges, feeler gauges) and following written test procedures
  • Ability to interpret test results at a technician level (identify abnormal noises, correlate with road inputs, and distinguish hardware vs. software/systems concerns) and communicate findings in clear written and verbal form.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and digital tools for tracking work (Google Sheets, Confluence/Jira or similar ticketing/knowledge systems).
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced launch/manufacturing environment with evolving test plans and priorities.
