The Reporting Analytics - Onsite Manager will serve as a highly hands-on analytical leader responsible for building and maturing the reporting and analytics function that supports Concentra's Onsite Health operations. In the early stages, this role will personally develop reporting assets, execute complex analyses, and establish data standards, tools, and performance measurement frameworks that enable operational excellence, clinical insight, and meaningful employer-focused reporting. As the program grows, this position will transition into a people-leadership role-recruiting, developing, and managing a team of analysts responsible for delivering high-quality reporting, dashboards, and insights across Concentra's onsite health portfolio. The manager will work closely with onsite health Operations, Clinical Leadership, Sales/Account Management, and Customer Success to ensure analytics are actionable, accurate, and aligned with employer needs and onsite health strategy.



Responsibilities

    Develop, manage, and enhance standardized reporting packages, dashboards (internal and external), and KPIs for onsite clinic operations
  • Perform and oversee mid- to high-level analysis of clinic utilization, clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and employer program ROI
  • Translate analytic findings into clear, actionable recommendations for operational and clinical leaders
  • Manage reporting request intake, prioritization, timelines, and stakeholder communication
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation, reconciliation, and governance processes
  • Identify opportunities for automation and standardization to improve reporting efficiency and scalability
  • Partner with IT/BI teams to support enhancements to data models, data pipelines, and business intelligence tools
  • Develop executive-ready presentations and reporting for employer business reviews, renewals, and performance discussions
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and internal data privacy and security standards
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing onsite analytics team


Qualifications

  • Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Major: Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Intelligence
  • Degree must be from an accredited college or university.
  • Customarily has at least the following experience: 5 years
  • Five to seven years of experience in analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles
  • Healthcare, occupational health, or employer onsite clinic experience strongly preferred
  • At least two years of experience leading analysts or managing analytics projects
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, business intelligence tools, and advanced Excel
  • Demonstrated experience building dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting for operational or clinical environments

  • Ability to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions
