Here's what you'd do Support the Supervisor in improving efficiency, reducing risk, and enhancing the client experience for complex transactions Handle key processes like reviewing instructions, verifying details, entering and recording data, and completing reporting and reconciliations Act as a subject matter expert and help team members with questions or complex tasks Provide backup support for other team functions, including some supervisor duties Help identify and resolve issues as they come up Focus on meeting team goals and performance standards Spot trends and opportunities to improve processes and overall client service Here's what you'll get: Hours: 40 hrs/Week. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years of experience with trade operations, securities processing, or financial services operations. Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Ability to identify market-related issues on instructions ( missing or conflicting requirements ) and communicate these issues, along with expected resolution, directly to clients in a formal setting ( such as a call or meeting with other LOB managers or clients).
