Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Washington County OR 97005
Job Type : 6+ months contract (Possible Extension)
Pay Range: $43/hr. - $45/hr.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and operationally strong Supply Chain Analyst to support delivery excellence across manufacturing partners in the Americas. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on supply chain and planning experience who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
You will play a key role in managing factory relationships, driving operational execution, and ensuring seamless coordination across multiple stakeholders. The ability to translate complex manufacturing challenges into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences is critical to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage planning and execution for assigned factory partners in Central America
- Own and maintain strong relationships with 2 key manufacturing partners
- Drive capacity and delivery management, including weekly operational cadence and exception handling
- Oversee purchase order and delivery timelines, ensuring alignment with demand changes
- Act as a liaison between factories and cross-functional teams (sourcing, logistics, planning, operations)
- Translate complex manufacturing or supply chain issues into clear insights for stakeholders at all levels
- Support key programs and production flows across multiple business models
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure operational excellence
Who You Will Work With
- Direct team of ~15 members
- 4-5 cross-functional partners across planning, sourcing, logistics, and operations
- External factory partners and production planning teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, planning, manufacturing, or related fields
- Experience working with external manufacturing partners strongly preferred
- Background in manufacturing environments is a plus
Must-Have Skills
- Advanced Excel expertise (data analysis, reporting, and modeling)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
- Hands-on supply chain and planning experience
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex manufacturing challenges
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in planning within a large global organization (highly preferred)
- Experience with manufacturing or factory operations
- Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, or similar analytics platforms
- Bilingual in Spanish (nice to have, not required)
