What You'll Do
  • Design and develop digital /analog electronics and power supplies for data center hardware
  • Perform schematic capture and PCB layout design, optimizing for electrical performance, thermal management, manufacturing constraints, and cost
  • Conduct board bring-up, validation, troubleshooting, system integration, manufacturing test support, and field return failure analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams from concept design through full design cycles
  • Assist in transitioning the electrical design from prototype to high-volume production
  • Work with and manage suppliers and manufacturing partners

What You'll Bring
  • 7-10 years relevant work experience in digital/analog electronic designs
  • Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Hands-on experience in prototype bring-up and debugging, validation, and manufacturing support
  • Hands on experience in working with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, frequency generators, etc.
  • Experience with digital and memory interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C, USB, JTAG, Ethernet, PCIe, SDIO,DDR5 , etc.), and signal integrity analysis
  • Familiarity with PCB stack-up, SMT process, In-circuit tests, manufacturing tests and designing for DFM/DFT
  • Problem solver with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Altium/Cadence design tools and knowledge of high speed SERDES / PCIe GEN5 / GEN6 system development and board level design is a plus

    Expected Compensation
    $91,600 - $276,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
