Description The Job The Senior Business Development (BD) Analyst plays an integral role in advancing Prime Buchholz's growth and client engagement efforts. This is an opportunity to partner closely with colleagues across Marketing & Business Development, Consulting, Research, and Client Service to help drive meaningful business development initiatives that shape the firm's future. The role offers broad visibility across the organization and meaningful involvement in initiatives that directly support revenue growth and client relationship development. In this position, the Senior BD Analyst contributes across the full business development lifecycle - from prospect research and strategic outreach to proposal development, finalist presentations, and follow-up execution. This role supports key revenue-generating initiatives, including intermediary engagement, conference strategy, rebid efforts, client fee management, and service model transitions. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, organization, and collaboration, along with the ability to coordinate complex initiatives and deliver a high-quality, consistent experience for prospective and existing clients. This position can be based in either Portsmouth, NH, or Boston. What You'll Do
