Job Description As a Lean Six Sigma Project and Change Manager, you spend your day driving crossfunctional improvement and leading organizational change directly within the region where operations take place. You review project performance indicators, risks, and milestones to determine where to focus your attention and ensure each initiative aligns with strategic goals and measurable outcomes. This is a hybrid role and reports into the Manager of Operational Excellence. Because you work in the region, much of your day involves partnering directly with frontline teams and leaders. You observe real processes-such as scheduling workflows, safety and compliance routines, equipment access, and workorder efficiency-to understand the true challenges people face. This handson visibility allows you to facilitate effective Kaizen events, valuestream mapping sessions, and rootcause analyses that are grounded in how the region actually operates. Your proximity enables you to quickly troubleshoot issues, build trust with local leadership, and ensure improvements are practical, adopted, and sustained. A large part of your role centers on organizational change management, especially during major initiatives like the Delivery model redesign, IFS Cloud implementation, and Salesforce deployment. You conduct changeimpact assessments, prepare stakeholder and communication plans, deliver rolebased training, and support teams through cutover and hypercare. Being physically present allows you to tailor readiness activities, coach teams effectively, and help the region achieve high adoption rates-targeting at least 85%-while minimizing disruption. Your responsibilities also extend to material efficiency and operational controls. You spend time in warehouses and staging areas to standardize excessmaterial processes, improve staging and kitting practices, and implement damageprevention methods. With regional visibility, you can detect early signs of process breakdowns, intervene quickly, and reinforce behaviors that reduce scrap, repurchasing, and shipment errors. Throughout the day, you maintain project dashboards and plans, validate financial impacts with Finance, and stay closely aligned with regional leadership. Your presence in the region is not just beneficial-it is essential. It enables faster response times, deeper understanding of local nuances, stronger engagement and adoption, and significantly better longterm sustainment of improvements. Your Responsibilities: Lead Lean Six Sigma project execution by driving endtoend DMAIC/DMADV initiatives, facilitating Kaizen and valuestream mapping workshops, and establishing clear project charters, scope, timelines, and measurable outcomes. Manage crossfunctional project delivery through structured project management methodologies, detailed project plans, resource coordination, risk mitigation, and accountability tracking using tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, and Azure DevOps-ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. Perform datadriven analysis by leveraging statistical tools (Minitab, Excel, Power BI) to identify root causes, validate improvements, and secure longterm sustainability through control plans, SOP updates, and performance monitoring. Drive change management and stakeholder alignment by assessing impacts, developing communication and engagement plans, coaching leaders and teams, and ensuring strong adoption and sustainment of new processes, tools, and operating models. Deliver measurable business impact by quantifying cost savings, validating benefits with Finance, contributing to CI strategy deployment, and building organizational capability through coaching of Green Belts and teams. For this role, the compensation is from $84,880.00 - $127,320.00 USD or $81,120.00 - $121,680.00 CAD Annual. Our company benefits for the US can be found here.
