Provides comprehensive administrative and project support to executives (VPs) and their leadership team, managing daily logistics and departmental business projects to ensure the executive and their team operate efficiently and effectively using a wide variety of software and digital automation tools.

Position Compensation Range:

$29.91 - $49.52

Pay Rate Type:

Hourly

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Comprehensive Administrative Support - Optimize the executive's time to align with key business priorities through AI automation and other digital tools to efficiently manage the executive's calendar, travel, expenses and internal and external correspondence with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Departmental Project Coordination - Remain well informed of executive's departmental business initiatives and deliverables to provide maintenance and updates of departmental projects, to prepare meeting materials and to ensure follow-up on action items with relevant business partners.
  • Team & Office Coordination - Serve as central point of contact for the department and handle team related logistics by maintaining credibility, creating trust and building effective relationships with the executive's senior leadership team.
  • Leverage, research and resource digital tools, AI and automation processes to maximize executive effectiveness and automate routine tasks.
  • May be required to complete other assignments or participate in projects based upon skills, achievements, or experience.

  • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions,supportor service.

  • Demonstratedeffective experience of adaptability & resourcefulness.
  • Demonstratedeffective interpersonal skills andability toeffectivelycollaborateandcommunicatewith seniorleadership, all levels, andmaintainconfidentiality.
  • Demonstratedexperience with event & meeting planning.
  • Solid knowledge and skills withAI,automation,softwareand collaboration platforms.

Travel Requirements

  • Up to 10%.

In this primarily office-based role, you will be expected to spend at least 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working from the office. Candidates should reside within approximately 50 miles of one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783
