Snowflake is about empowering enterprises to achieve their full potential - and people too. With a culture that's all in on impact, innovation, and collaboration, Snowflake is the sweet spot for building big, moving fast, and taking technology - and careers - to the next level.

Snowflake is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist - Marketo Administrator to own and evolve our Marketo Engage instance within a complex, enterprise-grade marketing ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of platform governance, automation architecture, CRM integration, and scalable campaign enablement.

This is an ideal opportunity for a deeply technical Marketo expert who enjoys building structured, reusable automation frameworks while ensuring operational excellence across systems. You will serve as the technical backbone of our marketing automation environment, responsible for data integrity, API governance, template standardization, and Salesforce alignment.

This role requires hands-on Marketo expertise and a strong systems mindset. You will not only manage the platform, but continuously improve its scalability, reliability, and performance.

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

  • 5+ years administering Adobe Marketo Engage in a high-volume, global B2B SaaS environment.

  • Active Marketo Certified Expert or Marketo Certified Solutions Architect.

  • Demonstrated ownership of Marketo-Salesforce integration architecture, including sync behavior, field governance, and lifecycle alignment.

  • Proven experience managing REST and Bulk API integrations with clear understanding of rate limits, concurrency, and performance optimization.

  • Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and Velocity scripting for scalable personalization and form logic.

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise iPaaS (e.g., Workato, Tray.io) and a drive to apply Generative AI to automate legacy workflows.

  • Experience architecting global privacy and consent management frameworks aligned with GDPR and CCPA regulations.

  • Ability to articulate the "architectural why" behind system design, ensuring technical builds support long-term business scalability.

  • Disciplined "break-fix" methodology with the forensic ability to audit complex smart-campaign logic and identify root-cause anomalies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Own the Marketo platform and its integration with Salesforce, ensuring system integrity, stable synchronization, and operational reliability.

  • Architect and optimize API-driven workflows, managing REST and Bulk API usage to ensure scalable, efficient data exchange across Salesforce, Snowflake, and the broader enterprise stack.

  • Design and standardize reusable global program templates to enable automation and accelerate campaign deployment.

  • Develop and troubleshoot advanced personalization logic using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Velocity scripting to support dynamic, globally scalable content experiences.

  • Monitor database health, deliverability, and compliance posture, conducting regular audits to maintain high-quality automation performance.

  • Partner with Marketing Intelligence, Web, Salesforce, and regional teams to align execution frameworks with enterprise data architecture.

  • Evaluate and apply emerging AI and automation capabilities to improve efficiency, scalability, and operational precision across campaign workflows.

  • Serve as the technical escalation point for complex automation, integration, and system architecture challenges.
