What We're Looking For
The Restaurant Busperson supports efficient service by maintaining clean, organized dining spaces and assisting servers throughout the guest experience. This role contributes to a welcoming environment where guests feel cared for from start to finish.

Who You Are

  • Friendly, courteous, and eager to assist guests and team members

  • Efficient and dependable in fast-paced, high-volume settings

  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills

  • Detail-focused with a commitment to clean, well-maintained dining areas

  • Organized and proactive in anticipating service needs

What You Will Do

  • Clear and clean tables quickly and thoroughly

  • Reset tables with clean linens, utensils, glassware, and menus

  • Support servers by delivering food, beverages, condiments, and guest requests

  • Refill water and beverages as needed to enhance service flow

  • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, floors, service stations, and tray stands

  • Remove trash and keep waste areas tidy and sanitary

  • Respond to spills promptly to ensure guest and staff safety

  • Stock service areas with silverware, glassware, napkins, and condiments

  • Assist with restocking items needed during service

  • Help prepare dining areas for the next shift or meal period

  • Provide courteous assistance to guests when approached

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Your Experience Includes

Required:

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy trays, dishes, and supplies

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

  • Availability to work weekends and holidays

Preferred:

  • Prior restaurant or hospitality experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
