Opportunity

PeopleTec is currently seeking a Program Integrator to support our Huntsville, AL location.

We are seeking a mission-focused and experienced Program Integrator to support the Front Office of the Army's Advanced Fires Project Office (AFPO) under the Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO). The Program Integrator will play a key role in coordinating across AFPO product offices, support sections, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of strategy, priorities, and execution. This role provides integrative support across technical, business, and operational functions-helping synchronize program activities, track critical actions, and support senior leadership in decision-making. The selected candidate will contribute to the planning and execution of AFPO initiatives, prepare senior-level briefings and reports, manage taskings, and assist in coordinating AFPO engagements with higher headquarters, joint partners, and industry. This position requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

    Serve as an integrator across AFPO product offices and staff sections, ensuring synchronization of technical, programmatic, and operational activities.
  • Manage and track taskings, action items, and deliverables for the AFPO Front Office; ensure timely completion and alignment with leadership priorities.
  • Assist in the preparation of senior leader briefings, talking points, reports, and responses to inquiries from higher headquarters and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate AFPO participation in reviews, working groups, exercises, and demonstrations; ensure read-ahead materials and decision support tools are available.
  • Support strategic planning, milestone tracking, and risk/issue management for AFPO programs.
  • Contribute to the development of policies, plans, and procedures to improve integration and execution across AFPO.
  • Maintain awareness of Army, Joint, and OSD guidance affecting AFPO programs and provide recommendations to leadership.
  • Engage with external stakeholders-including other RCCTO offices, Army staff, Joint Services, and industry-to support AFPO integration efforts.
  • Provide recommendations to senior leadership based on analysis of program progress, resourcing, and schedule execution.


Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Army, Joint, or DoD program/project management, integration, or operations.
  • Strong knowledge of DoD acquisition, program management, or systems integration processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve program goals.
  • Experience with task management tools, data visualization, or knowledge management platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience developing and presenting senior-level briefings.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Must have a current driver's license.
  • Travel: 10%
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Active U.S. DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have a Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this clearance level during employment.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience supporting Army program/project offices or acquisition organizations.
  • Familiarity with AFPO programs (MDACS, CAML, Blackbeard, IFPC-HEL) or related mission areas.
  • Background in strategic planning, resourcing, or risk management for complex defense programs.
  • Experience working in RCCTO, PEO Missiles & Space, or similar organizations.
